Mike Bolger is honoured to accept the prestigious Coldwell Banker Real Estate 30 Under 30 Award from Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC.
This prestigious list encompasses the top young real estate professionals who have achieved success in sales, philanthropy and leadership from among the nearly 92,000 independent real estate professionals affiliated with approximately 3,000 offices in 47 countries and territories globally. Bolger is one of just two Canadians to be included.
Bolger is already highly decorated for his age. In 2016 he took home the Peter Benninger Realty Rookie of the Year Award for being the company’s highest producing new Sales Representative, as well as the Peter Benninger Realty Top Open House Award for holding the most Open Houses that year. Most recently, he was welcomed to the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle for his 2017 sales achievements, placing him in the top 5 percent of all Coldwell Banker Sales Associates.

Mike Bolger is also active in community service, and has volunteered with the Rotary Club of Waterloo, St. Vincent De Paul Society, Habitat for Humanity the Waterloo School Board Breakfast Program and Minor League Hockey.
